Rise 'n Shine Espresso Bar
Nestled inside the Co:Create atrium rests a 95+ year old elevator car from the Ensenberger building in Downtown Bloomington that was restored in 2020. We've given this elevator a new life as the centerpiece of what we affectionately call the Rise & Shine Espresso Bar, featuring a Swiss-made Jura espresso machine that will make nearly any espresso-based drink you can imagine with the push of a button! Also featured is a wide variety of Torani flavored syrups and sauces to make your morning (or afternoon) routine extra special! What better way to rise & shine than with an elevated espresso drink?
The Co:Create Cafe
Located on the second floor, the Co:Create Cafe features seating for up to fourteen people and includes a mini fridge for all Co:Create Members, an ice machine, a farm house sink, open shelves loaded with Co:create mugs, and our Swiss-made Jura espresso machine, which will make nearly any espresso drink you can imagine with the push of a button! We also provide hot chocolate and a variety of teas. The perfect compliment to any drink is our wide selection of Torani flavored syrups, sauces, and sweeteners. Wow your client by preparing their favorite drink to kick off your meeting!
The Atrium
The Co:Create Atrium is capped with a gorgeous glass pyramid ceiling centerpiece that gives way to our lively plant fountain in the center. The Atrium also includes a variety of seating for co-workers or just a different place to go when you find yourself in a creative funk. The seating is elegant and sophisticated, yet perfectly comfortable for an all-day brainstorm session. Carrara marble-top tables are featured through the space with varying heights and seating so you can choose the work setting that works best for you. The atrium also features three larger work tables, ideal for teams of up to four for collaboration.
The atrium is open to all Co:Create members and it can be booked for private events like lunch and learns, a Chamber before or after-hours event, or large team meetings.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is our largest and arguable our finest meeting space. It is ideal for meetings of up to fourteen people in-person and even more when utilizing the video conferencing capabilities. At the heart of the Boardroom is a massive fourteen-foot long, live-edge, single slab walnut conference table harvested from an enormous walnut tree found in Indiana. The Boardroom also features a glass dry erase board, an 80" television connected to a 4k Apple TV, and an M1 Mac Mini. The room is ready for video conferencing through our Logitech GROUP system or via HDMI direct to your own machine. All of this is enclosed by a storefront glass wall system and sliding glass door, but when privacy is needed, you can simply press one button to drop the automatic roller shades. The Boardroom also has an online calendar so you can check availability and book it by sending a meeting invitation to the boardroom email address.
The Conference Room
Offering seating for six, the Conference Room features a glass dry erase board, a 65" television connected to an Apple TV, and a Mac Mini. The second-floor room is ready for video conferencing through our Logitech GROUP system or via HDMI direct to your own machine. All of this is enclosed by a storefront glass wall system and sliding glass door, but when privacy is needed, roller shades are available. As with all our meeting spaces, the Conference Room is easily bookable through its online calendar.
The Huddle Room
Located on the second floor, the Huddle Room is perfect for a smaller group of four or less and features a glass dry erase board, a 65" television connected to an Apple TV, and a Mac Mini. The room is ready for video conferencing through our Logitech GROUP system or via HDMI direct to your own machine. All of this is enclosed by a storefront glass wall system and sliding glass door, but when privacy is needed, roller shades are available. As with all our meeting spaces, the Huddle Room is easily bookable through its online calendar.
The Focus Room
Offering a cozier, more intimate setting, the Focus Room seats up to five people and features a glass dry-erase board and 60" television with Apple TV and HDMI connectivity. Unlike our other spaces, this room is drywall-enclosed with a frosted-glass door for extra privacy. As with all our meeting spaces, the Focus Room is easily bookable through its online calendar.
The Fish Bowls
Seating four, these two smaller glass-enclosed spaces offer plush banquette seating at an oval Carrera marble-top table. These spaces are great for a cozier team meeting, and as with all our meeting spaces, are easily bookable through their online calendars.
The Brainstorm Room
An open space on the second floor, the Brainstorm Room is great for a one to three people to put to board what has been floating around. This space offers two extra large 4x8-foot glass dry erase boards, as well as a 50" television with Apple TV and HDMI connectivity. This second-floor room is not on a calendar, but rather an open shared space.
The Co:Create Kitchenette
With a fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher, the Co:Create kitchenette on the first floor gives you space to store and make your lunch for the day, grab any plates or utensils you may need (helping to sustain the environment with reusable glass and metal options), and easily clean your used dishes from the day.
The Mail Room
When utilizing our Private Office or Shared Co:Working Pass, our address is your business address! You will receive a key to our secured mail room, as well as your own business mail slot.
The Co:Create Campus
The creative space doesn't start inside at Co:Create, it begins outside. We maintain a finely manicured lawn mowed weekly and watered by a smart irrigation system. Our professional landscaping invites your guests and clients into the creative experience before they even walk through door. During the cold months, our parking lot and sidewalks receive priority treatment to clear the lot of snow and ice throughout the winter. All ground maintenance at Co:Create is included at no additional cost to you.
Fiber, WiFi and Built-In Network Security
We take our internet service very seriously...in fact we consider it to be mission-critical! The building is fed by a high-speed fiber line provided by CIRBN with in-building network secured by WPA Enterprise Security. Every office has a combination of straight ethernet lines and POE (Power Over Ethernet) to provide power to devices like VOIP phones. All POE lines are backed up by a massive battery array meaning internet-connectivity would remain on and operational for any POE connected devices for up to 30 minutes through an outage. All WiFi Access Points also run on POE, keeping all WiFi will operable for up to 30 minutes after an outage. A power outage won't stop you from closing the deal over phone or internet.
By request, we can setup a private virtual network so that your ethernet connected devices can securely see and communicate with your WiFi connected devices securely separate from everyone else in the building.
Co:Create Events
Being a part of the Co:Create community is more than just a great place to work. It really is about community. In the summertime we regularly invite food trucks to our parking lot and invite all Co:Create members and neighborhood businesses to join us. Often when a Co:Create member signs an exciting new project, or just wakes up feeling buzzy, someone will bring doughnuts or cater a taco bar, and sometimes the celebration has nothing to do with work. We've celebrated birthdays, workiversaries, pregnancy announcements, new project signings, and more...we're a big community of small businesses.
We also encourage large events like Chamber Before Hours, After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, customer lunch and learns, employee appreciation days, community outreach events, etc. Simply ask our team about booking a larger space for your next event.
All Utilities included
One price, that's it, it's that simple. Running a business can be hard. We want to make your office space easy. So, all of your utilities are included in your base rent. This means your electricity, gas, water, sewer, waste removal, internet service, private virtual network, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, pest mitigation, and color laser ink and paper are ALL included at no additional cost to you. And for just a little bit more, even your cleaning service can be included in your monthly rent. We want to make it easy so you can focus on doing your best work!
24/7 Access and Security
All Co:Create members have 24/7 access to the space. The building is secured by 3 outdoor web cams and 3 indoor web cams are recording up to 5-days of security video to the cloud. We have a secure mail room for all USPS mail and Fedex and UPS package handling. Additional secure storage space is available in the basement upon request (additional fees apply). Each private office has a lock and key. If you opt to lease a file cabinet (additional fees apply), each comes with a lock and key for further security. We want you to enjoy the benefits on Co:Create with peace of mind knowing that your space is safe and secure!
The Co:Create Solar Array
We have installed a 10kW solar array on our rooftop to maximize energy production from a renewable source and minimize our carbon footprint. We're proud to power our billboards, exterior building lighting, parking lot lighting and ALL interior lighting by way of the sun! It's just one of the many ways that you can feel good about working in Bloomington's best office space!
